Sizing & Fit
How do I choose the right size for my dog?
For paw socks, measure by weight: XS fits 12-15 lbs, S fits 15-25 lbs, M fits 20-35 lbs, L fits 35-45 lbs, XL fits 45-60 lbs. For wheelchairs and harnesses, measure your dog's chest girth (largest part of the chest, just behind the front legs) and compare to our size chart. When between sizes, size up for a more comfortable fit.
My dog is between two sizes — which should I pick?
For paw socks, choose the smaller size for a snugger, more secure fit. For harnesses, size up — a slightly looser fit can always be tightened with the adjustable straps.
Product Use
How do I get my senior dog to wear paw socks or booties?
Start indoors for a few minutes with plenty of treats and praise. Most dogs adjust within 5-10 minutes. Once they feel the traction advantage, most senior dogs quickly prefer wearing them.
Can my dog wear the paw socks all day?
We recommend wearing them during active/waking hours and removing them during sleep. The breathable cotton prevents overheating, but paws benefit from some uncovered time.
Can one person manage a dog wheelchair or harness alone?
Absolutely. The harness is designed for single-handler use — the dual ergonomic handles let you lift from directly above while keeping your spine neutral. Most owners can comfortably support dogs up to 80 pounds. For dogs over 80 pounds, we recommend a second person for safety.
How long does it take my dog to adjust to a wheelchair?
Most dogs adjust within a few sessions of 5-10 minutes. Start indoors on a flat surface with treats and encouragement, then gradually increase time. The adjustable frame lets you fine-tune the fit as your dog gets comfortable.

We offer free US shipping on all orders. Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after order processing. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

We offer a 30-day risk-free guarantee on all products. If your dog doesn't walk more confidently, sleep better, or you're not satisfied for any reason, return the product within 30 days for a full refund. No questions asked.

Is there a warranty on the wheelchair?
Yes. All mobility products come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
Health & Safety
Are your supplements safe for my dog?
Our hip & joint chews use clinically studied ingredients in safe, effective doses. However, we always recommend consulting your veterinarian before starting any new supplement, especially if your dog has existing health conditions or takes medication.
Is red light therapy safe for dogs?
Yes. Red light therapy is a non-invasive, drug-free treatment with an excellent safety profile. It's widely used by veterinarians and rehabilitation specialists. Always follow the included usage guidelines.
